RAIN!!!! Empty RAIN!!!!

So the city in which Dab, Celna, Andanos, and Miikarra live has flooded... basically the entire city its been downpour all day and hasnt stopped. Warren's basement is currently flooded along with most computer and electronics. My basement is flooding in the back room, so I may be safe but Im obviously taking appropriate precausions.

My bedroom, Kitchen and living room are wet... I was so upset I went to buy pop. I never have pop in the house ( except club soda) bounce ...It's starting to rain again Suspect
