Because I think everyone should eat this at one point in there life and most of you are Americans, I present to you....

POUTINE! the mother of Canadian comfort food
French fries
Gravy (Beef or Brown or if your lucky "poutine gravy")
Cheese curds ( if you don't have curds any grated cheese will do)
Cook fries anyway you like
Make gravy
Put fries in a bowl, put cheese on top then pour gravy on top of that!!
